Publisher Focus Entertainment and developer Saber Interactive have announced third-person action game Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine II for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and PC. Geoff Keighley also showed off Space Marine 2 at The Game Awards last year, revealing gameplay showing the Defenders of Mankind taking on the horrors that dwell in the darkness.įirst announced in 2021, Warhammer 40k: Space Marine 2 marks the return of the franchise after more than a decade. Then comes the big reveal, when Titus is joined by two other soldiers to blast through the hordes of Tyranids. We then saw a montage of third-person shooting across space stations, cities, and the wilderness, promising the same bloody action of the original. The new look opens with a cutscene setting the stage for a battle against a Tyranid splinter fleet on Avarax and Kodaku.
